Delete your TatNav account

In the app

Open TatNav, tap your photo, then Profile › Delete account. Artists: Studio › Delete account. You confirm before anything is deleted.

What's deleted

Your profile, photos, chats, saved artists, boards and any verification documents are deleted straight away.

What's kept

Reviews stay on the artist's profile as "TatNav client", and records of paid deposits are kept for 6 years for tax and accounting law, without your name. Upcoming paid appointments need to be cancelled or completed first.

Can't open the app?

Email info@tatnav.com from the email address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days.
